At Umaya Resort there are mutliple places to work from with your team. From the workshop beach palapa to the conference room with views of the Maya Mountains and Placencia Lagoon, your team will feel inspired to get creative in such serene surroundings.
Each apartment also has work tables, so that if your colleagues need to break off for a while, there are comfortable spaces to do so.

Located at the peak of the Watamu Peninsula, the Temple Point Resort offers Swahili style rooms nestled into the privacy of bungalows with views over the enclosed botanical garden or the Mida Creek National Park. Work spaces include a private in room desk, private terrace and several work spaces throughout the resort equipped with WiFi.
There is also a specific conference area with a cowork below it including incredible sea views to get the creativity flowing.
No - we can offer other destinations for smaller group sizes of 8-10 people.
We will ask you to book your own flights but we can offer recommendations as well as arrange airport transfers here in Belize.
We recommend a week including travel so 3-4 days onsite at the resort.
The most people we recommend for one retreat based on our accommodations is 40 people.
