OurStory

Noma Collective was built for people who refuse to choose between ambition and adventure and decided to build a life that doesn't ask them to.

Remote work promised freedom but what it actually delivered, for most people, was swapping the four walls of their office for the four walls of their home office.

At the height of the pandemic, when remote work was fast-accelerating, we had a simple idea: if you have a laptop and Wi-Fi, why does it matter where you are?

In 2021, we tested our idea in Belize. It sold out in three weeks. Since then the formula hasn't changed. Incredible destinations, local experiences, and a group of like-minded people. All built around your work day, without having to figure out the logistics alone.

People show up as strangers. They leave with friendships, business partners, and a clearer sense of what they actually want their working life to look like.

Six years and 4,000+ Alumni later, we're evolving beyond just short-term experiences for remote workers. What comes next is the infrastructure that remote life has always been missing.
