The Costanera is a beautiful waterfront promenade which runs across the Paraguay River which is perfect for walking and biking. Paraguay even has its own beach at Playa de la Costanera giving you a relaxing spot to experience the city in a different way.

Paraguay is known for its delicious cuisine and has many traditional dishes which are a must-try. From sopa paraguaya (corn bread) and empanadas to asado, where family and friends gather for a traditional barbecue consisting of different meats.
